Since 2001 Tara Moore has helped hundreds of people reach their health and fitness goals. In the Fall of 2013 Tara opened Muscle Kouture and is currently offering mobile personal training, small group training, boot camps, posing classes, online youtube video sessions, in studio or mobile spray tanning and customized nutrition plans.
